This low carb broccoli and coconut soup is exactly what the naturopath ordered on those chilly winter nights, warm, delicious and gut healing.
Broccoli is a high fiber low carb food, and so is a great addition to a low carb/keto diet.
Broccoli is a very good source of vitamins K and C, a great source of folic acid and also provides potassium, fiber.
This soup can also be very gut-friendly, with the addition of bone broth and of course the fiber from the broccoli.
