Ingredients
1–2 cups almond or coconut milk
2 cups kale (lightly blanched)
2 cups spinach
1 avocado
1 frozen green apple
2 frozen green bananas, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder (optional)
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 flax seed powder
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons raw almonds
1–2 tablespoons grass fed collagen powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth (about 2–3 minutes).
- Serve over ice.
