Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk/almond milk/hemp milk/tigernut milk
1 cup hot water
1 heaped tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 scoop grass fed collagen peptides
1 pitted medjool date (make sure it is soft so it blends easily, you can soak it in a little hot water to soften)
2 teaspoons coconut butter or ghee
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon maca (optional)
Cacao nibs to sprinkle on top (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the cacao nibs to blender and blend for about 3 – 5 minutes or until well combined, glossy and foamy.
- Pour into your favourite mug and serve immediately while hot.
