Keto Hemp Heart Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup organic berries of choice (Optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add all ingredients except the almond flour. Stir until well combined, then heat over medium heat until you bring the mixture to a light boil.
  2. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in almond flour.
  4. Top with berries if desired and serve.
